COACHING CLINICS

Once again, we will be offering coaching clinics at Benz-Visco Park for all divisions. U-14 and U-19 coaches would attend the U-12 session. There are 2 dates available for each division. National has added a new rule that coaches that make the play-offs must have taken the clinics. We also encourage all coaches to take the clinics for their age group.

Having everyone on the “same page” will make the season go smoothly. Also, all coaches must take the “Safe Haven” class (about 1 ½ hours). If you took it last year, you do not need to take it again. If you attend the clinic, it will be part of your training.

DIVISION MEETINGS

We will be having division team meetings the first week in August. If you weren’t able to attend the clinic, you will be able to pick up your team list at this time. If you were at the clinic and have already picked up your teams, you do not need to attend this meeting. All meetings will be at the soccer park at 6 p.m.

You will get your team list at the first meeting. After you have held your team meeting and have an assistant coach, team parent, and ref volunteer, you will get your uniforms and release forms so that you can start practice.
